In this project, the waterfall and stream were developed as a standalone water composition.
Originally, the site was completely flat. The terrain was reshaped to introduce a мягкую, многослойную структуру, where elevation changes define both movement and perception. The water is not placed into the space — it is used as a tool to form it.
The composition is built through a deliberate arrangement of natural stone, planting and groundcover.
Stones of different scale are positioned to establish rhythm, direction and visual weight. Each element is placed in relation to the others, creating a balanced structure that reads as natural rather than constructed.
The flow of water is carefully controlled.
It moves through the composition in a way that feels effortless, yet is precisely guided — revealing different perspectives, textures and reflections as it travels.

Particular attention is given to transitions.
The edges between water, stone and planting are softened or defined depending on the intention, allowing the composition to shift between clarity and natural dissolution.
Beyond its technical execution, the project is approached as a spatial composition.
The waterfall and stream create a sequence of views and experiences — from more open, expressive moments to quieter, more enclosed ones.
The result is not only a water feature, but a composed environment — a landscape where material, movement and structure are brought together to create a cohesive and immersive atmosphere.
