“The Drop” Garden is a landscape concept built around topography and spatial planning.

The garden is inspired by the physics of water: the moment a drop touches a calm surface and concentric ripples begin to spread outward.
In this project, sculptural Niwaki trees became the symbolic “drops.”
Their placement defines the rhythm of the space and visually echoes the movement of water across the landscape.

Each level reveals the garden at a different scale, enhancing depth and perspective.
The relief was carefully shaped to support this idea, allowing the composition to unfold gradually and be read as a sequence of expanding circles.

The result is a calm, balanced landscape where form, relief, and planting work together to translate a natural phenomenon into a living, architectural composition.
